RESOLVED - Scheduled Downtime - Student Account Dashboard
The previously scheduled downtime (July 21, 2019 from 3 - 3:30 and from 5:30 - 6 p.m. EST) of the Student Account Dashboard in CASHNet (Penn State’s third-party payment processor) has been resolved. A server maintenance method has been developed which involves no downtime. With this development, students and Authorized Payers will have uninterrupted access during testing to make payments online, dynamic account information, billing statements, eRefund, granting authorized payer access, or the Installment Payment Plan.
