How do I access my 1098-T Form?

CURRENT STUDENTS:  Log into your Student Home Base in LionPATH, click on "My Finances", and select "Manage My Account/Make A Payment".

AUTHORIZED PAYERS:  Log in as an Authorized Payer Access.

Once logged in, the Form 1098-T is located in the “Tax Forms” section in the Quick Links, which contains your most recent form.  

FORMER STUDENTS:As a former student you have access to your student account in LionPATH with your PSU Access ID (i.e. "xyz123") and password. Go to LionPATH and once logged in to your Student Home Base, select "My Finances" and then select "Access Form 1098-T". This will direct you to your Student Account Dashboard where you can view, download, and print your Form 1098-T.  If you do not remember your PSU Access ID/password, please visit accounts.psu.edu, and click on "Recover My Account" to gain access to your student account.
